Casio G-Shock Full Metal Eric Haze Limited Edition Watch

To help celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic G-SHOCK, Casio has collaborated with renowned artist and designer Eric Haze to create a truly special timepiece. The GMW-B5000 model, which is the original full-metal take on the first-ever G-SHOCK (the DW-5000C), has been enhanced with Haze's unique design touches.

The stainless steel band of this watch is ion-plated in black, with Haze's original graphics reproduced through laser-engraved patterns of dots. Small, medium, and large dots have been combined to create the impression of tonal shading, characteristic of Haze's graphic design style, which is splashed across the entire band.

The screw-lock case back, coated in diamond-like carbon (DLC), features a logo designed by Haze to commemorate the 40th anniversary of G-SHOCK. Pressing the light button reveals Haze's graffiti tag, with a mesmerizing fade-in/fade-out effect.

The watch also includes a 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer, and 5 daily alarms (with 1 snooze alarm).

The timepiece's power source is a Tough Solar system, which means it is solar-powered, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting energy supply. It also boasts mobile link functionality, allowing for wireless connectivity using Bluetooth technology.
