Before using the grinder, ensure it is in the off position and check that all parts are intact. Prepare the materials to be ground and ensure their quality and dryness are suitable for grinding. Open the cover of the grinder and place the materials into the grinding chamber. Loosen the nut on the cover to release it from its fixed position, align the nut with the designated fixed position, and tighten it to secure the cover. Rotate the fixed clamp above the cover to the handle position, ensuring the cover is securely clamped to prevent loosening during grinding.

Set a timer according to the desired grinding time based on the material to be ground and the desired fineness of the powder. During the grinding process, ensure the grinder remains stable and avoid opening the cover or performing other operations. When the set grinding time is completed, turn off the power to the grinder, wait for it to stop rotating, and then let it sit for a few minutes to ensure the stability of the powder inside the grinding chamber. After resting, loosen the nut on the cover to release it from its fixed position and gently open the cover to pour out the ground powder.

The grinder is equipped with an automatic overload protector that stops the machine automatically if the motor is overloaded or overheated. To restart, simply press the red reset button. The grinder is made of food-grade stainless steel, which is sturdy, durable, and rust-resistant.

With a capacity of 150g, power of 950W, and a speed of 28,000 rpm, the grinder uses a three-leaf blade to achieve ultra-fine powder of 50-300 mesh in just one minute (harder materials may take longer). It's normal for the machine to get slightly warm due to high-speed grinding in an enclosed space.

For easy maintenance and cleaning, wipe off food powder with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid rinsing with water as it may damage the motor. After cleaning, place the machine in a well-ventilated area to keep the inside dry, and avoid direct sunlight.

When using the grinder, do not operate it for more than 3 minutes at a time, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes between uses to prevent the motor from overheating. For best grinding results, cover the three-leaf blade with material but do not exceed 2/3 of the capacity. For hard materials, cut them into small pieces before grinding.

It is normal to see sparks, light, and some smoke around the motor area as the grinder uses a brushed motor. This will disappear after using the machine a few times. If there is an odor during the first few uses, you can grind some rice or dry tea to eliminate it.
